Fees & CostsWhat is the cost of the Energy Audit and Report?The prices below presume that the client provides appropriate architects drawings (blueprints and one main section) and details of exterior wall and roof construction. Prices range from: € 0.10 per m² in large buildings € 0.3 per m² for houses down to 3000 m². Minimum charge € 800. These fees are fully refundable against costs if we are commissioned to carry out the work recommended. (If there's nothing to improve in your building you are anyway charged the fees above.) |
